Martin at Sywell Airshow 2010

Skytech have been a great supporter of the Sywell Airshows. The 2010 event was a great success for the organisers with a record crowd in attendance. Martin was kindly loaned MD 500 G-BRTL by its owner, Derek Beevor, to complete his entertaining air display culminating with the traffic cone! The benefactor of the show being Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance (WNAA), who received a fantastic amount of over £31,000 in mid December. A great effort by all concerned.

Skytech recently imported this Bell 206 from the USA (following repair work and a trim / paint / avionic upgrade) for our long time friend and customer, Richard Harper of Apple International. The helicopter was re-assembled with all the customary care and completed to the customer’s exact requirements and is now issued with a new EASA C of A.

G-MUDD Helicopter

This helicopter (previously HB-ZUN) was an import from Fuchs Helicopter, Switzerland for a new customer to Skytech, this being an upgrade from his previous Schweizer 300C. An aircraft appraisal was carried out prior to purchase and import. Following some upgrade work and as the helicopter was already EASA certified, the change over to the UK register went smoothly. The new owner is now experiencing and enjoying how smooth and fast the MD500 really is.

G-CRDY Bell Helicopter

This Agusta Bell 206A is new helicopter to Skytech, recently returned from a period of ownership in Ireland. It is currently being investigated for the necessary required inspections, repairs and upgrades. Following customer approval an issue of EASA C of A will be issued. This work will be carried out to the exacting Skytech standards.
